Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy All bookings must be made in advance via the provided booking system or by contacting our customer support team. Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will result in a 50% fee of the session price. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Changes made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a rescheduling fee of $20. 4. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your scheduled session, no refunds will be provided. A new booking will need to be made at the full price. 5. Driving Lesson Requirements Learners must bring a valid learner’s permit to all lessons. For safety reasons, appropriate footwear and attire are required during lessons. 6. Pick-up & Drop-off Services Pick-up and drop-off are included in certain packages as specified. Pick-up locations must be within a 10-mile radius of our designated service area; additional charges may apply for locations outside this range. 7. Refund Policy Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the session. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. 8. Practical Exam Rentals Vehicles for practical exams will be provided at the agreed-upon location 15 minutes prior to the test start time. Vehicle conditions, including fuel and cleanliness, are maintained to ensure a smooth experience. 9. Package Expiration All multi-lesson packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. 10. Safety Policy All lessons are conducted in dual-control vehicles for safety purposes. The instructor has the right to terminate the lesson if the learner’s behavior compromises safety.
